Contemporary/Woman/Artist
is an experiment to abstract womanhood, the body, the female artist being. Being a woman is felt as a blessing and a burden. I read one time that in a survey, 30 % of the women said they would have preferred to be born as man. Woman have a controversial attitude to their womanhood.
I noticed that woman express themselves totally different from man even in art.

This photo series could have been never done by a ’contemporary man’ – first of all it would not have come into his mind, then he would be terribly disgusted by the body fluids and the smells...
But what is more important is that it simply does not belong to him
